What our Basic Wifi service IS:
We provide a Wifi signal at the modem/ONT, we will help you manage the SSID and passphrase, help troubleshoot residential Wifi issues, and an app is available to manage your network that includes parental controls and network protection
What our Basic Wifi service is NOT:
Extending the Wifi signal beyond the range of the Wifi radio contained within our modem/ONT, (We do offer indoor and outdoor wifi mesh extenders, call us for more details). Advanced networking configurations such as port forwarding, firewall configurations, etc.
