The battery backup service (available only on our fiber network) allow you to continue to use your home voice services during a power outage. Without a battery backup (or other alternate backup source such as a generator), fiber customers will not be able to make any calls, including emergency calls to 911 during a power outage. Wifi Service*

Don't want the hassle of buying and setup of a Wifi router? We offer Wifi service for only an additional $3 per month! What our Basic Wifi service IS: We provide a Wifi signal at the modem/ONT, we will manage the SSID, and passphrase, and help troubleshoot residential Wifi issues. What our Basic Wifi service does NOT include: Extending the Wifi signal beyond the range of the Wifi radio contained within our modem/ONT, Advanced networking configurations such as port forwarding, firewall configurations, static IP's, etc.
